Data at your Service under GDPR compliance in the way you would expect!

A Connected Service agreement is required between you and us with the purpose of specifying the terms under which MANITOU and the Dealer execute the services. The acceptance to share the set of data received by the Connected Machine (raw data), then organised and processed by MANITOU (enriched data) and made available is necessary for the execution of the service.

Want to collect data into your own system? Not a problem, we can make it happen.

MANITOU offers an additional service for providing the enhanced data thus collected to its customers through the Application Programming Interface, a collaborative IT solution allowing data exchange (the “API”).

Based on your needs as a customer, MANITOU Group offers this service in accordance with various blocks of features you can choose from.

The Customer and MANITOU exchange data some of which can be classified as personal data. Therefore, the parties undertake to comply with the applicable regulations related to the General Data Protection Regulations under regulation No. 2016/679 (“GDPR”).
